Mississippi County Requirements for Approval

To be approved to bid in any auction, you must create or log in to a GovEase account. Once you have created and are logged in to your GovEase account, you must complete the county-specific registration documents online with GovEase. Each county will have their own registration page on the GovEase website, where you must complete all of the requirements listed.

Registration will not begin until March 6th for Spring MS counties and August 1st for Fall MS Counties. When registering make sure to e-sign or upload any required registration documents. If GovEase is handling the payments for a county, then GovEase will handle the approvals. For counties where GovEase is not taking the payments, the county will handle the approvals. Please review the registration page for a particular county auction to determine how to get approved. You can always check your approval status and approval amount by clicking the "My Registrations" tab once you login. You will NOT be able to bid until you have been approved.  Check back often as the requirements are subject to change.
