Arizona Pre-bidding
This article applies to Arizona pre-bidding only. Different states may have different requirements regarding pre-bidding. Once pre-bidding begins and you have been approved by the county, you can begin placing your bids. *Note: GovEase will send out an email to inform all bidders when auction files are available for pre-bidding.
**GovEase will charge a separate $10.00 fee for each parcel won during the 2022 Cochise County tax lien sale. This additional $10 GovEase Fee is not included in the face value amount and will not be reimbursable nor will it earn interest upon redemption of the property. However, the $10 GovEase fee will show on the live bidding auction page and bidder purchase detail report, broken out and will reflect in the total purchase price shown.

Follow these steps to pre-bid before the auction goes live:
1. Log in and click on
Auctions.
2. Find the parcel or parcels you want to bid on and put in the Minimum Interest Rate you are willing to accept.
3. Click Place Bid
4. Verify your bid was placed (the row will be highlighted) or view the Bidder Bid Detail under Reports
