Mississippi Spring Tax Sale Counties

Here is the most recent list of counties conducting tax auctions with GovEase. Be sure to check this list periodically as it will be updated when new counties are added. Registration for all counties opens March 6th at 8:30 AM Central Time. The City of Indianola will be holding its auction with Sunflower County. 

2024 Mississippi Spring Auctions - All auctions begin April 1st at 8:30 AM Central Time. Bidding will remain open until 4:30 PM Central Time or until every parcel has been auctioned. If there are more parcels to be auctioned off, the auction will resume the following business day at 8:30 a.m. CDT. Each parcel will be auctioned one at a time, for 30 seconds each, in the order that they are listed on the website.
