Mississippi Counties with Online Deposits and Payments

For the following counties, GovEase will be taking online deposits and payments through the GovEase website. More counties may be added to this list as sale details are finalized. For these counties, you will need to deposit 10% of the total dollar amount you want to be approved for. The list will be updated periodically.

Deposits

For the Mississippi Spring and Fall Auctions, bidders will have to deposit 10% of the total dollar amount they want to be approved for. For example, if you want to be approved for $10,000 you would need to deposit $1,000. Follow these steps to make a deposit:

1. Make sure you have registered for the auction you want to make a deposit in.

2. Click on Pay now on the Registration page.

3. Next type in the deposit amount you want to make and verify all information is correct.

4. Next Choose Payment Method and click Continue to Payment. If you plan to wire funds, email support@govease.com for wiring instructions.

5. Make sure to correctly fill out all information, this step is extremely important. Please double check all information is correct. 

6. Next check box at the bottom and Submit Payment.

7. Next you will have a summary page and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your GovEase account.

8. Once completed and processed, you can check deposits/payments by going to the My Payments tab on the left-hand toolbar.

Payments

For the counties that GovEase is taking payments, payments for each county will be due no later than 4:30 PM the day after the auction concludes. You will need to manually make the payement, GovEase does not store your information, also GovEase does not automatically charge you, the bidder will have to go in and make their payment. Please review the GovEase Payment instructions registration documents for more details. Follow these steps to make an online payment:

1. Click on My Payments.

2. Next click Choose Option to the right of the county and click Make Payment. If you don't see it, you will need to click the small blue bar with the "+" sign to expand the information.

3. Verify that all the information on the pop-up is correct and click the Make Payment button.

4.  Next Choose Payment Method and click Continue to Payment. If you plan to wire funds, email support@govease.com for wiring instructions.

5. Make sure to correctly fill out all information, this step is extremely important. Please double-check check all information is correct. 

6. Next, click the check box at the bottom and hit Submit Payment

7. Next you will have a summary page and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your GovEase account.

8. Once completed and processed, you can check deposits/payments by going to My Account and My Payments again.

9. ACH/E-check payments can take up to 5 business days to clear.
