Pennsylvania Creating an Account and Registration
Follow these steps to create an account and register with GovEase successfully. If you already have an account with GovEase, there is no need to create another account. However, you will have to separately complete all the registration requirements for each county you wish to participate in.
Please read all the information on the registration page and each registration document. The registration page and documents will contain important information for all bidders.
If GovEase is handling the payments for a county, do not contact the county for approval, and please allow up to 24-48 hrs to get approved.
First Time Registering? Follow These Steps:
1. Click Sign Up/Log In at the top right
2. Complete all fields that apply to you
3. Click on Register/Add Auctions under My Account
4. Click on Register beside the county you want to participate in
5. Next, you will need to upload or e-sign each county-required document for registration.
6. Once your registration is complete GovEase will review your account for approval. Please allow up to 48 hrs for approval.
7. Once it says Approved next to the county you signed up for, then you are good to bid in that county when bidding begins
