Standard Auction Training

.Navigate to the Auctions tab and select the County you are looking for in the dropdown menu.

.Click on the blue unique number to open the bidding page for that parcel.

.Place you bid in the amount you would like the system to bid you up to. This is not an overbid, if the Minium bid is $1,000 and you would like to bid up to $2,000 then you will place a $2,000 bid in the place bid box.

.Make sure to refresh the page when you are on the Auctions tab to see updated bids and changes.

.After submitting your bid amount, please refresh the page. It is also recommended to refresh the page before placing an additional bid.

.If your bid appears in red, as shown in the accompanying screenshot, it means you have been outbid. Depending on your screen size, the pop-up may cover the yellow banner indicating that you are outbid, which you can see in the background of the screenshot. If your bid is in green or teal, it means you are currently winning, and the banner in the background will also indicate that you are winning. Remember to continue refreshing the screen.

.In the event of a tie, priority is given to the bidder who places the bid first. Even if your bid matches that of another bidder's proxy bid, the system will prioritize the bid of the first bidder, not yours.
