Rhode Island Bidding and Reports

This article only applies to Rhode Island bidding. Other states may have a different type of bidding. The Bidding page will be located on the Auctions tab on the left hand toolbar when the bidding begins for that specific city/county. For upcoming auction times, dates, details please review the registration page. 

Follow these steps to bid during the auction:

1. Log in and go to Auctions and make sure the drop-down at the top has the correct city or county selected.

2. Find the parcel(s) you would like to bid on and Click on the blue unique number link

3. Click Place Bid, then Place your Minimum Ownership Interest amount in the "Place Bid" box. Can go from 100% down to 1%. The lowest ownership percent bid wins.

4. If there are any tied bids, winner will be determined by the first person to place there bid.

Reports

You have three options under "Reports."

1. Bidder Bid Detail: This will not apply

2. Bidder Purchase Detail: This would be a summary of all the parcels you won.

3. Completed Auctions: This would be a summary of all parcels that have been auctioned off. Note: This report is only available for a short time after the completion of the auction.
